Shipping and Delivery Policy

UPS, USPS and Spee-Dee are the shipping carriers for all products shipped from the Air One Equipment, Inc. warehouse. Items that are released direct from the manufacturer will be shipped by their common carrier.

Air One Equipment, Inc. offers the following shipping methods:

• UPS Ground or USPS shipping
• Spee-Dee
• Local Pick Up at an Air One Location (South Elgin or Menomonee Falls)

Cost of ground shipping is based on the destination zip code, shipment weight and UPS delivery options. The cost is displayed in your shopping cart. If shipping seems inaccurate, please send us a message to check pricing. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 Business Days.

Items that are out-of-stock will be shipped as soon as they are available directly from Air One Equipment or one of our manufacturers. “Shipped from manufacturer” status could mean the items are shipping direct OR they are coming in to the office first to then get shipped out from our AOE IL location. Tracking will be updated when available.
