Shipping Rules

IN AN EFFORT TO AVOID THE CURRENT INCREASE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES, IF YOUR “SHIP TO” ADDRESS DIFFERS FROM YOUR “BILL TO”, ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF THE TRANSACTION. FILL OUT THIS FORM AND SUBMIT IT TO AIRONE@AOE.NET TO AVOID ANY DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. If you do not reply within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and the 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Products shipped from Air One Equipment will be sent in the following ways with tracking. Items that are sent from the manufacturer will be shipped by their common carrier. *If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, it is most likely because the item is being drop shipped from the manufacturer and the shipping information is not available at this time.

Air One Equipment offers the following shipping methods

UPS Ground
USPS shipping
SpeeDee Shipping
Local Pick Up at our South Elgin IL or Menomonee Falls WI location

Items that are out-of-stock will be shipped as soon as they are available directly from Air One Equipment or one of our manufacturers. “Shipped from manufacturer” status could mean the items are shipping direct OR they are coming in to the office first to then get shipped out from our AOE IL location. Tracking will be updated when available. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 Business Days.*

Cost of ground shipping is based on the destination zip code, shipment weight and order total. If shipping seems inaccurate, please send us a message to check pricing.

*Although we have a warehouse full of products, many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer. If you do not receive a shipment email after your original confirmation within one or two weekdays, that indicates the item was not in stock and had to be drop-shipped or order in from the manufacturer. Note: this will add extra shipment time to your order. Tracking will be updated when available.

Tax Information

Illinois state sales tax rate is currently 7.5%

Wisconsin state sales tax rate is currently 5.5%

If you are having trouble uploading your tax exempt certificate in the checkout page, you can input your exempt number and then send a copy of the certificate to orders@aoe.net

If you are tax exempt, there is an option to put your tax number and certificate on the checkout page. Continue to “Proceed To Checkout”
