Description
A slip over hydrant cover designed to identify fire hydrants that are out of service. Constructed of 14oz. yellow vinyl with 4” letters stating “OUT OF SERVICE” on both sides. The cover is held in place with a 1” web strap with adjustable side release buckles around the bottom of the cover.
