Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express for online orders. Open account terms may be extended to business or government agencies pending credit application and approval. If you have an existing open account, ordering through your local sales consultant could result in discounted pricing. Upon submission of your order, Air One Equipment, Inc. will verify your account information prior to processing the order.
Damaged Goods
In the event you receive a damaged or short shipment, you must immediately contact us. Under ICC regulations this claim is the consignee’s (your) responsibility. Please contact our customer service department at 847-289-9000 for assistance.
Returns
Air One Equipment, Inc. will consider refund or exchange of your purchase if the request is within our return guidelines below:
- Items must be returned in new, unused and saleable condition. Items that have been damaged, used or were not purchased from Air One Equipment, Inc. will not be considered for return or exchange.
- All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Any item desired to be returned after that date is subject to review by Air One Equipment, Inc. and may be non-returnable or subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Custom Order, Custom Configured and Clearance Items are non-returnable.

If you are purchasing products in quantities or are in need of a product which is not found on our website, we are happy to provide you with a custom price quote. Please contact us for the necessary information. Since we carry so many product lines, not all items are listed on our website.
