Where is my helmet and why is it taking so long?

Helmets are made-to-order. Due to the fact that helmets have a limited warranty and there are so many differnt combinations, we do not stock many helmets. If we have the configuration you asked for, it will ship in 1-2 days. If we have to order your custom helmet from the manufacturer, it usually takes 3-4 weeks. It will ship directly from MSA.

Do you take bulk orders for fire helmets?

Yes, of course, The best way to handle any bulk order is to either email us at airone@aoe.net or to call us at 888-247-1204. One of our insid sales staff will be able to help you out. There is no minimum helmet order. 1 or 100, we are glad to take them all!

Do you have a coupon code?

It is very rare that we have a coupon code available. The prices on our website are very fair so there is not a lot of room for discounts. Be sure to check out our SALE items under the miscellaneous tab or our eBay account to ge the latest deals.

Warranty

I broke my Streamlight flashlight. Is there a warranty?

You can either bring the light in to one of our locations or you can send it in yourself! 
  • When returning a light for Service, please include the following inside the package:
  • If you elected Priority Service, the printed online Service Request.
  • A copy of the proof of purchase, if available. If not available, state the date of purchase and from whom.
  • Your light(s).

Streamlight warrants its products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except for batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear*. They will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product should we determine it to be defective. This limited lifetime warranty also excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics which have a 2 year warranty with proof of purchase.

Will it void the helmet warranty on a Cairns 1010 if I put on a Streamlight vantage helmet light with mount? No drilling or modification will be done.

Anything added to a helmet after market voids the NFPA cert. This even includes stickers. If the helmet wasn't tested with it originally at the manufacturer, it technically voids NFPA.

HAIX® offers a One-Year Limited Warranty on all HAIX® footwear. HAIX® reserves the right to inspect any shoe for determination of a no cost repair or replacement. If you should experience any defects in material or workmanship, simply return the product to the retailer where purchased to receive a postage-paid mailing kit to return your shoes to HAIX® for inspection. After inspection, you may be contracted with payment options if your footwear is not covered under the Limited Warranty

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

I want to pick up my order but there is no option to do so.

If you call the office at 888-247-1204 we can help you with the local pick-up option. Before you place your order, please call us so you do not get charged for shipping if you are coming in to our store to pick up the item.
